Day 7 with Lindon in West Nichelson (3rd Safari)
Up at first light we headed straight to the last spot of blood. After only five mins of tracking there the bull was lying on his side dead. On closer inspection my client's first shot had gone in just behind the lungs but taking out the liver. After several photos and skinning the kudu on the spot as there was no road nearby we carried the bull out in pieces nearly three kilometers. That afternoon we climbed a rocky hill and sat looking for waterbuck only to see several young bulls and cows.
